Fire Risk Assessments

We have a team of experts, who provide fire risk assessments throughout Kent and the surrounding areas. Fire risk assessments are a methodical system of looking at a building, the activities that go on within the building and what the chance is of a fire creating harm to the individuals inside the building. We have highly trained, qualified risk assessors, who have worked with many different types of buildings, including everything from a HMO, to a care home or sizeable office blocks.
Our Risk Assessments include a variety of different services, including:
- Looking at the risk of fire
- Determining possible ignition sources
- Identifying fuel sources, such as items that are easily combustible
- Establishing vulnerable humans at the site
- Evaluating equipment for evacuation, and creating evacuation arrangements
- Looking at escape routes and doors that can be used in the event of a fire
- Offering training and advice to employees at the site
Ensuring Your Building is Compliant
Our specialist staff can also supply you with schedules of needed remedial work and relevant equipment. We will sometimes offer advice on potential additions to your premise, such as fire extinguishers, fire alarm checks and making sure that the appropriate compliance is followed.
