Asbestos Surveys
Our asbestos surveys make sure that your building is safe, and mean we can also organise remediation if you need it:
- Asbestos Management Surveys - These find any suspect ACMs (Asbestos Containing Materials) in your building. These surveys are in line with The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012).
- Re-inspection Surveys - As ACMs possibly degrade or become damaged, re-inspection surveys let us to monitor them on your behalf.
- Refurbishment Surveys - These are a more thorough choice than a management survey and help to make sure that nobody will be negatively impacted by work on ACMs during building work on a premises.
- Demolition Surveys - This is focused on identifying all asbestos containing materials, and uses destructive inspection techniques. It will show any areas that need safely removing before the demolition occurs.
